A downloadable Tool for Windows

This is a tool made to assist anyone looking to play HORSE in Totally Accurate Battle Simulator.

It keeps track of two separate teams with their own scores, the free units each one gets, bonus points, and total budget. There are also multiple wheels that can be spun to randomise elements of the game. The background is also a colour that is easy to key out, for livestreaming and easy video editing.

Fully customisable, allowing anyone to fine-tune their play experience as they wish. Just change the "Settings.xml" file, or "Wheels.xml" under the WheelPresets folder.

Comes with a readme with more information.

This was inspired by a YouTube series by Yogscast Tom, and is where the default settings originated.
